How do I cancel?

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please call our reservations department on [phone]. You will need your reservation/reference number and credit card details to hand if you are due a refund. 

Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before your pickup time will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

Cancellations less than 24 hours from the pickup time will result in a loss of your deposit.
